According to Healthline.com Organic Sweet Orange Oil is also known as citrus sinensis.  It is different from bitter orange oil which is called citrus aurantium.   It mostly comes from cold pressing the peeling.  According to Healthline.com historically it has been used to lift mood,  decrease stress,  acne, stomach upset, or just scent the room.  It has a very pleasant scent. 

Here at Superstuff we have used it along with lemongrass, lavender, and fir on the wrists and sometimes at night in the infuser to help with a good night sleep.
